Residential Development
Redesigning to overturn planning application refusal
Our clients came to us after they had their planning application for houses refused. We advised on a redesign to overcome design aspects of the development and set about a series of public consultation which ensured many local people no longer objection to the development.

Following refusal we then prepared and submitted a planning appeal. Our submission made reference to local policies, national policies and similar appeal decisions.

Due to our efforts the Planning Inspectorate granted planning permission and awarded our clients full costs to be met by the local Council. We also ensured that our clients were saved from paying a Council requested payment in excess of £100,000.

...needless to say our clients were delighted.

Green Belt
We have helped homeowners and developers to secure planning permission to extend their homes and build new homes in the Green Belt. The image on the right is of a large replacement house, within the Green Belt, for which we secured re-introduction of permitted development rights via appeal. Our client can now add significant extensions and outbuildings to the property.
